Patch 26.16SketchCounter Singed
The opponents who give Singed trouble, and how to handle each one.
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
He pokes you from range, blinds you the moment you close, and refuses to run through your trail. Forget about killing him in lane. Farm with poison at a safe distance, buy magic resist early, and play your game elsewhere: shove the wave, take side turrets, and let your jungler deal with him. His mushrooms make every brush dangerous, so stay on open paths and keep a ward on the routes you use most.

He jumps on you whenever he likes, dodges your attacks and wins every extended duel once he has items. Your only window is the earliest levels, before his counterstrike and ultimate come online: farm with poison and never walk toward him. Use Fling the instant he leaps to throw him behind you and break his sequence, then keep moving. Against him the side lane is a trap, so play with your team from mid game on.

He chases you by spinning, which is exactly what you want, since every second he spends behind you costs him health. Never stop to trade blows, he wins direct contact. Lay Mega Adhesive across your escape route before he commits, keep Poison Trail running, and let his silence go to waste. Watch his execute at the end of a duel though: don't drop below half health assuming your poison closes it out.
