Patch 26.16SketchCounter Twitch
The opponents who give Twitch trouble, and how to handle each one.
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
She pokes from a distance you can't contest, and her bouncing shot punishes exactly the spot you have to stand in to farm. Look for no auto attack trade before your items. Stay behind your wave, poison with Venom Cask and finish with Contaminate, without ever stepping up. Ambush is not an answer to her poke, it's your only exit when her support engages: don't spend it on farm.

Her spell shield eats Venom Cask, which is your only safe pressure, and she clears waves far faster than you. You're going to lose control of the lane, accept it and play safe. Aim for the window where her shield is on cooldown to land your slow. In grouped fights her ultimate walks her whole team out of your channel: fire Spray and Pray once she's used it, not before.

He's immobile and he has nothing to see you coming. He's exactly the target Ambush is looking for: loop around through the river, appear on his flank, and he has no button to get out. In lane, respect his range once he's online, but before his items he's as fragile as you without your ability to choose the angle. In fights he stands behind everyone, which is where your flank pays the most.
