Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.15, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
She wins the auto attack trade and her mana holds up better than yours. Don't look for the duel early: shoot, step back, let your wave do the work. Her poke bounces off minions, so avoid standing directly behind one. Your edge is mobility, so play further up the map than she can, help your jungler, and use your ultimate to close out the fights you can't win face to face.
One good hook and your lane collapses, however well you play the champion. Stand behind a minion at all times to deny him the line, and stay out of unwarded brush. Arcane Shift is your answer, but only if you have the mana to cast it, which is the number one reason never to run dry in this matchup. If he misses the hook, the window is yours, take the trade immediately.
Until she has items, Vayne has the shortest range in the botlane and you outclass her comfortably. Shoot constantly, deny her any comfortable farming, and take the wave by force. Her only answer is to stick to you while you're empty, so always keep enough mana for Arcane Shift. Just don't let the game drag, because past her first two items the balance flips and doesn't come back.
