Counterplay
Patch 26.16SketchCounter Annie
The opponents who give Annie trouble, and how to handle each one.
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
This is a race, and the clock is not on your side.
Before Riftwalk, Kassadin is one of the softest targets on the map and you have the fastest full combo to punish him. That window is not a bonus, it is your entire plan. Every wave you trade politely instead of shoving and pressing is a wave you handed him for free.
After Riftwalk, the matchup inverts. He leaves your combo range on reaction, comes back once your charge is spent, and wins anything that lasts longer than a second. No item and no positioning fixes that.
So play the early game like it is the only one you get. Shove, threaten, call your jungler while Kassadin is still walking rather than blinking, and take the trades that look slightly greedy. If the game reaches its third act even, you have already lost it and are just waiting to find out.

Whoever lands control first takes the exchange, and he lands it from further out. Event Horizon catches you well before you are anywhere near stun range, so walking straight down the lane at him is how you lose this.
Bait the cage, watch it go on cooldown, then commit. Keep Flash for crossing the edge of the cage rather than for the escape afterwards: stepping out costs you nothing, standing in it costs you the fight.

Hold your Pyromania charge from the moment she hits six, and never spend it on a wave she might be watching. Death Lotus is a channel, your stun is instant, and that single fact is the whole matchup.
