The opponents who give Taric trouble, and how to handle each one.
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
Her shield cancels your one control tool without her needing to aim at anything. Never throw Dazzle the moment she's just refreshed her shield, you're wasting it on a barrier that costs less than your cooldown. Wait until she's spent it on something else, or force her to hold it by staying back, then engage. Without your stun you're just a body that soaks damage: play this lane on pure defense and let your carry win the ranged trades.

She knocks you back the instant you get into stun range, and her gust cancels your whole engage momentum. Never commit from outside her push range: approach from an angle she can't anticipate, ideally after she's already used the gust on your carry. Shatter offsets some of her ranged harassment, but the real problem is your entry timing, not your stats.

Two close-range engage supports, the duel comes down to who commits first. Your targeted stun can't miss, unlike his hook, so play the lane waiting for his mistake rather than forcing yours. If he whiffs the hook, engage immediately with Dazzle and an activated Shatter, the trade swings hard in your favor. If he lands it first, accept trading health rather than losing your carry.
