Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.15, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
Vayne tumbles through your trades and punishes you every time you get close enough to throw Boomerang Blade. Your shield answers nothing in her kit before six, so don't pop it on reflex, save it for her condemn. Play back, farm off Ricochet, and refuse extended trades once she has her ultimate, she wins every prolonged fight up close.
Twitch's stealth makes every trade unpredictable, he picks the moment, you absorb it. Buy a way to reveal him early and never shove blind past level six, his ultimate cuts through your whole lane if you're lined up. Spirit Shield is your best answer to his cocktail, save it for that exact moment instead of his auto attacks.
Neither of you wins the pure poke war, it comes down to shield timing versus frost arrow charge. Pop your shield the instant she's about to release her charged arrow, not before, or she just waits out the cooldown. Your Ricochet clears faster than her poke actually hurts, so lean on wave pressure and tower rotations instead of a straight duel.
