Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
You own the first twenty minutes outright: your range and Phosphorus Bomb push her off the wave and she has no answer. The problem is everything after. Never let the game stretch on assuming your item lead will hold, her percentage damage catches up regardless. Take the tower early, force objectives, and start treating Valkyrie as an escape rather than an entry the moment she has her first two items.
