Patch 26.16SketchCounter Cho'Gath
The opponents who give Cho'Gath trouble, and how to handle each one.
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
He kills you before your stacks exist, and that's the whole problem. His spear pushes you out of lane without him ever stepping close, and his level six leap arrives faster than your Rupture. Buy armor early, hug your turret and accept losing minions rather than your life: every death hands him the gold to go ruin another lane. Only cast Rupture on his landing, never as poke. Your game starts when his runs out of steam.

His blind cancels Vorpal Spikes, his range cancels Feral Scream, and his mushrooms stop you moving when you're already the slowest champion on the map. Never chase him: you won't catch him and you'll walk into a trap. Farm under turret with Carnivore to offset the poke, buy magic resist early, and wait for your jungler to come take him. In teamfights, save Feast for him: he's exactly the target that ability executes.

A patience duel between two champions who live a long time. His silence is the only button that matters: if it lands while you're winding up Feral Scream, you lose the whole trade. Wait until he's spent it, then drop Rupture on his charge path and chain from there. His passive regeneration means you need clean decisive trades rather than a slow drip of poke. Your edge arrives with stacks: past three feasts, his ultimate no longer executes you.
