Patch 26.16SketchCounter Anivia
The opponents who give Anivia trouble, and how to handle each one.
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.
He invalidates both your lane and your plan. As long as he can blink, Flash Frost never touches him, and your storm only gives him a reason to walk through and hit you. Your one window is before his ultimate: shove constantly to deny him waves, hold the spear strictly for his engage, and place your wall behind yourself rather than in front of him. After that, never stand alone in a side lane and play grouped objectives, because he picks the moment of the duel and you don't.

She forces flawless play out of a champion with no bail-out button. Never spend Flash Frost on the wave: it's the only interrupt you own against her channel, and without it you die standing still. Hold it, hold the wall to trap her behind you once she's committed, and stand away from low-health minions, they're her stepping stones. Your passive actually helps here: she empties everything to kill you, and the egg denies her the second half of the sequence.

The lane duel is yours once the storm is online, he has nothing up close and his cards don't push you off. The danger is elsewhere: he plays the whole map and you're the slowest mage on the roster. Shove your wave before doing anything else, call to your botlane the second he vanishes, and buy river vision earlier than you normally would. Winning your lane while losing both side lanes is still a loss.
