This build revolves entirely around cooldown reduction, because Zilean's Rewind shortens itself in a loop with the rest of his kit. Ionian Boots of Lucidity come first for exactly that reason, ahead of the classic support Mercury's Treads. Philosopher's Stone into Shurelya's Reverie funds the support's twin early problem, mana and the move speed needed to follow engages. Locket of the Iron Solari protects the team during grouped trades, and Twin Shadows adds a zone of move speed that stacks with your own Time Warp. Against a team that targets your marked ally with silences or suppression, Mikael's Crucible jumps ahead of the rest. Maîtrises : 9/0/21 into Utility.
