Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Taric needs two things to function, mana and resistances, and this build stacks them in that order. Heart of Gold turns his passive into steady income through the mana it grants, while funding the defensive items that follow. Locket of the Iron Solari shields the whole botlane at the exact moment Taric dives into the scrum, and Randuin's Omen slows down whatever is trying to dodge the stun. Mercury's Treads answers his one real weakness, having zero disengage: tenacity partially covers for that gap. Sunfire Cape comes once the enemy team starts playing physical damage on you instead of on your carry. Max Dazzle first: it's the only control in the kit, and recharging it faster literally changes how many fights you can open. Maîtrises : 0/21/9 into Defense.
