Patch 26.16MidRyze, midlane rotation mage
Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Ryze has two problems and one family of items solves both: he doesn't have the mana to keep the loop running, and he doesn't have the health to stand at his own cast range. Tear of the Goddess goes in early and fills itself given how often Overload goes out, then becomes Archangel's Staff. Rod of Ages stacks exactly what he needs, health, mana and power, and carries him through the poor lane he has to survive. Frozen Heart puts armor and cooldown reduction on one item, which extends the logic of his passive: the faster the rotation turns, the more the champion exists at all. Banshee's Veil answers his signature death, a root landing before he has cast anything. Void Staff moves ahead of the comfort items against a team stacking magic resist, and Warmog's Armor is an honest answer if the enemy damage is mostly physical. Maîtrises : 21/9/0 into Offense.
