Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Rod of Ages is here for a very specific reason: it solves Kassadin's three problems at once, the health he lacks to survive lane, the mana pool that caps his Riftwalks and the power he eventually turns into kills. Buy it early, it's only worth the gold if it has time to fill up. Sorcerer's shoes and Void Staff serve the same math: your sequence either kills a single target or it does nothing, and any magic resist across from you makes it fail. Zhonya's Hourglass covers the moment you go in too early, which will happen. Against a mage who bullies you in lane, magic resist glyphs and an early Abyssal Scepter beat raw ability power. Maîtrises : 21/9/0 into Offense.
