Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Jax is weak before items and fearsome after, so the whole task is reaching the first big purchase without having sunk. Trinity Force is the piece that unlocks the champion: it feeds his per-hit damage, his movement speed and his ability to chase all at once. Blade of the Ruined King behind it solves his duel against large health pools and buys the self-sufficiency to split push alone. Guinsoo's Rageblade stacks exactly what his ultimate rewards, hit count. Max Empower rather than the leap: that's your damage, and the leap only really improves once its cooldown falls later. Mercury's Treads go ahead of Ninja Tabi against a team that can chain crowd control, because a Jax who is held in place dodges nothing. Take Teleport to stay relevant on the map through a rough lane. Maîtrises : 21/9/0 into Offense.
