Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Cho'Gath manufactures his own health, so you don't buy raw health first, you buy the things that make that health work. Rod of Ages builds itself while you farm stacks and fixes the one genuine problem in your lane, which is mana. Sunfire Cape and Rylai's Crystal Scepter turn Vorpal Spikes into a permanent zone of control, compensating for how slow you are and letting you stick to targets you would otherwise never reach. Randuin's Omen answers the carries who live off attack speed and slows anyone trying to walk around you. Mercury's Treads go ahead of Ninja Tabi the moment enemy crowd control can stop you casting Feral Scream, because a silenced Cho'Gath does nothing at all. Against a heavy magic damage composition, Abyssal Scepter stacks your resistance and your threat in one slot. Maîtrises : 0/21/9 into Defense.
