Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
This whole profile serves one question: how long does Alistar stay standing in the middle of the enemy team. You max Headbutt first because its cooldown is what limits how many engages you can attempt in a lane, and because the charge is the first link in the sequence. Mercury's Treads are non-negotiable on a champion whose plan is to walk into an entire formation. Philosopher's Stone fixes the mana problem, which is the real reason an Alistar misses his openings before the ten minute mark. Aegis of the Legion and Randuin's Omen protect your team as much as you, which is the right maths on a champion who never buys damage. Locket of the Iron Solari jumps ahead if the enemy opens fights with a big area spell. Take Exhaust over Ignite: it saves your carry while you're engaged somewhere else. Maîtrises : 0/9/21 into Utility.
