They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.15, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Active effect

Click to Consume: Places an invisible ward that reveals the surrounding area and invisible units in the area for 3 minutes. Revealing a ward in this manner grants a portion of the gold reward when that unit is killed.
