Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Sona has two problems and this build talks about nothing else: mana and her own fragility. Regeneration in the runes plus Philosopher's Stone let you play all three melodies instead of rationing two, which is the difference between a useful Sona and a decorative one. Shurelya's Reverie extends exactly what your kit already does, collective speed, and turns a rotation into an ambush. Aegis of the Legion protects the whole team rather than just you, which is the right maths on a champion who plays in zones. Mikael's Crucible jumps the queue against lockdown aimed at your carry. Max Hymn of Valor first: it's your lane pressure and the fuel for your passive. Maîtrises : 0/9/21 into Utility.
