Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Rammus is the one tank on this roster for whom armor is literally an offensive stat: Spiked Shell turns part of it into attack damage. Every defensive purchase pays twice, which makes Thornmail a damage item as much as a survival item on him, on top of stacking with the reflect on Defensive Ball Curl. Spirit of the Ancient Golem fixes his only genuine early problem, staying healthy in the jungle and keeping mana. Ninja Tabi go ahead of Mercury's Treads in the large majority of games, because you pick Rammus against basic attacks in the first place. Against a mostly magic team, swap an armor piece early for Spirit Visage. Maîtrises : 9/21/0 into Defense.
