Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
Jarvan IV doesn't need big ratios, he needs to come back fast and survive his own engage. Demacian Standard is maxed first because its passive attack speed carries the entire jungle clear and its impact starts camps without spending three spells. Spirit of the Elder Lizard fixes the mana bill and adds sustained damage to a champion with only two offensive buttons. Youmuu's Ghostblade brings the exact two things the kit lacks: cooldown reduction so the combo comes back sooner, and a burst of speed to plant the flag in the right spot before the target moves. Randuin's Omen and Warmog's Armor then turn you into the body the enemy has to kill first, which is the only state where your ultimate means anything. Against a comp that disengages the second your combo is spent, swap Warmog's for Frozen Mallet and take the permanent slow the kit never had. Maîtrises : 9/21/0 into Defense.
