Where these numbers come from
They are pulled from the mode's own files for patch 26.16, the one currently live. The source is community-run rather than an official Riot API, and the game shifts with community votes, so a gap with your own game is always possible.

Note
The first turret point exists to make the lane safe, but micro-rockets are what you max: they are the only damage Heimerdinger aims himself, and the damage that punishes an opponent stepping up for his minions. Rod of Ages answers the champion's two real problems, a mana bar that collapses when you keep a setup alive and a body that dies to the first thing that touches it. Cooldown reduction glyphs stack with the passive reduction on the ultimate and completely change how fast you rebuild after a lost fight. Zhonya's Hourglass is mandatory rather than optional: it is your only answer to the assassin who decides to jump you and ignore the installation entirely. Void Staff jumps ahead of everything else the moment the enemy team buys magic resist, because your turrets inherit your penetration. Maîtrises : 21/9/0 into Offense.
